Our Innovative brews category is reserved for those lots which are outside of the norm whether dried with flowers, fermented with fruits or a completely different product such as our soft dried and ground cascara to be enjoyed as a tea.
In this category we open our minds to explore what is possible when convention is broken, it is our opportunity to explore and to provide to our customers the exact flavor profile or product that they desire, which remains a core objective of what we do.

Our Grand Reserve showcases the pinnacle of our varietals. It is the selection of the best cherries from our lots, from our recollections where the aromatic potential of the cherry is at it’s peak.
Grand Reserve represents about 10-15% of the entire production of any lot making it our most exclusive offering.
In this category the selection process is its most intensive, with a central sorting until we have more than 98% of ripeness taking place to guarantee cups of truly exceptional quality.
