Our Grand Reserve showcases the pinnacle of our varietals. It is the selection of the best cherries from our lots, from our recollections where the aromatic potential of the cherry is at it’s peak.
Grand Reserve represents about 10-15% of the entire production of any lot making it our most exclusive offering.
In this category the selection process is its most intensive, with a central sorting until we have more than 98% of ripeness taking place to guarantee cups of truly exceptional quality.
Every lot in our Grand Reserve range is tracked at all stages, allowing us to provide each lot with full traceability and exclusivity to our clients in this category.
All Grand Reserve lots are vacuum packed in our facilities at the perfect moment and sealed with our own stamp to guarantee both their authenticity and quality.
