Decaf by Nogales
Our decaffeination journey reached a turning point in 2024, when Weihong Zhang from Blendin Coffee Club won the United States Brewers Cup Championship using our 035 Typica Decaf. Winning a national competition with a decaffeinated coffee proved what we always believed: decaf can compete at the highest level of specialty coffee.
Decaf is too often treated as an afterthought. We treat it as a specialty coffee in its own right.

Our Grand Reserve showcases the pinnacle of our varietals. It is the selection of the best cherries from our lots, from our recollections where the aromatic potential of the cherry is at it’s peak.
Grand Reserve represents about 10-15% of the entire production of any lot making it our most exclusive offering.
In this category the selection process is its most intensive, with a central sorting until we have more than 98% of ripeness taking place to guarantee cups of truly exceptional quality.
