Decaf is too often treated as an afterthought. We treat it as a specialty coffee in its own right. Our decaffeination journey reached a turning point in 2024, when Weihong Zhang from Blendin Coffee Club won the United States Brewers Cup Championship using our 035 Typica Decaf.
Winning a national competition with a decaffeinated coffee proved what we always believed: decaf can compete at the highest level of specialty coffee.
